Delete Account & Data

You can delete your MindsetForge account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Your profile and all personal information (name, email, identity statements, goals, habits, affirmations)
All journal entries
All coach chat sessions and conversation history
Your mindset blueprint and onboarding data
Partner accountability relationships and invite records
Your Firebase Authentication account

Deletion typically takes effect immediately. Backup systems may retain anonymized data for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the MindsetForge app:

Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will delete it within 30 days.

We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges:

iPhone / iPad: Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → MindsetForge → Cancel
Android: Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MindsetForge → Cancel

Deleting your MindsetForge account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription.
